NEW limited edition 7″ featuring cover of Rockpile’s “Pet You And Hold You”: Listen Now/Order Now
We are gearing up for the release of a new limited edition 7″ on March 27 to coincide with our first European tour and US dates to follow. We hit the UK next week where our sophomore album Screws Get Loose has been winning much praise from critics around its recent release, but will be back on the road in the US with Best Coast in July.

The 7″ features our Miss Cleo jam “Mystic Mind” (from Screws Get Loose) and their brand new cover of Rockpile’s “Pet You And Hold You” with Nikki Darlin on vocals. We love Rockpile and especially Nick Lowe and Dave Edmunds’ abilities to write pop gems. “‘Pet You And Hold You’ is a sexy song and we wanted to get up on it.
“Pet You And Hold You” is our first song to be released with Scott Litt (REM, Patti Smith, Nirvana) on production duties. We’ll be recording an EP with him this April.
